A well established IT firm are looking for a hardworking and passionate for technology individual to join their IT department.
Duties
1. Handling incoming phone calls and gathering required information.
2. Responding to incoming emails and prioritising incidents.
3. Proactively logging alerts from our monitoring systems.
4. Dealing with IT problems and incidents for a variety of customers and technologies.
About you
To be an IT Support Apprentice, you must be a tech enthusiast with 5 GCSEs (ideally A* – C, 4-9) including Maths and English.
This 18-month Apprenticeship has a salary of £15, per year.
Your training will include gaining internationally recognised Level 3 IT qualifications.
