Calibrate U.K. Ltd is an independent company providing nationwide medical equipment calibration, servicing, repair, and PAT testing services. We are a growing team comprising remote-based and office-based staff, along with nationwide technicians.
We are seeking a new member to join our Booking Team, working in our Sheffield office under the leadership of our Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaising with customers via telephone and email to schedule new jobs and rebook existing ones for our UK-based technicians.
* Responding to customer queries via phone and email.
* Using our interactive booking system to manage and coordinate appointments.
* Travel to Sheffield for training days and group days are a requirement.
Full training will be provided, along with ongoing support through face-to-face sessions, phone calls, and our booking system.
Essential Attributes:
* Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to varying workloads and circumstances.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Good geographical knowledge of the UK.
* Personable, with excellent communication skills.
* Hardworking and well-organised.
* Capable of working independently the majority of the time.
* Access to a broadband internet connection.
Desirable Attributes:
* Experience in a similar booking or organisational role is beneficial.
Please note, this role may occasionally require attendance at our head office in Sheffield for training or company events.
Our continued success relies on your ability to maintain strong customer relationships and remain flexible to meet customer needs.
Schedule:
* Five Days a week.
* 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Experience Required:
* Proven experience as a call handler in a customer-facing role.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Commissions Pay:
* 20% commission on all customer upsells.
