The problem they're solving: Property managers spend 60-80% of their time on repetitive admin tasks. My client's AI handles these autonomously, freeing managers to focus on growth and relationships.
Current traction: Live customers, proven product-market fit, now scaling from dozens to thousands of properties under management.

Their AI assistant manages multi-party workflows across:

👔 The Role
This is NOT a "strategy-only" VP role. You'll be:
✍️ Writing code (30% of your time)
🏗️ Architecting systems (30% of your time)
👥 Building the team (20% of your time)
📊 Setting technical strategy (20% of your time)
You'll Own:
Technical Leadership
* Define architecture across frontend, backend, and AI systems
* Make critical tech decisions balancing speed vs. scalability
* Drive engineering best practices (code review, testing, CI/CD)
* Ensure reliability, security, and performance at scale
Hands-On Engineering
* Write production code in React/Next.js, Node.js/NestJS, Python
* Build complex features (especially multi-party coordination workflows)
* Optimize AI model performance and conversational flows
* Debug critical production issues
Team Building
* Hire and mentor world-class AI and software engineers
* Build high-performing, collaborative engineering culture
* Scale the team strategically (currently 3 engineers → 10+ by EOY)
