About the Role
MGM Muthu Hotels is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Cluster Sales Manager (Expat) to lead and drive sales performance across our hotel portfolio in Scotland, UK. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hospitality sales, international market exposure, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships to maximize revenue across multiple properties.
This role requires a commercially driven professional with excellent relationship management skills and a passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement cluster sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets across assigned hotels.
* Identify and generate new business opportunities from corporate, travel trade, MICE, leisure, and international markets.
* Manage and grow relationships with travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, corporate clients, and key accounts.
* Conduct regular market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and business forecasting.
* Lead sales presentations, client meetings, and contract negotiations.
* Coordinate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimize sales performance.
* Represent the hotel group at trade shows, networking events, and international sales missions.
* Prepare periodic sales reports, revenue analysis, and pipeline updates for management.
* Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales KPIs.
* Support pre-opening or expansion sales activities when required.
Candidate Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* Minimum 5–8 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 2 years managing multi-property or cluster sales.
* International hospitality experience preferred.
* Strong understanding of the UK and European travel market.
* Proven track record in revenue generation and account management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to travel within the UK and internationally as required.
* Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and hotel sales platforms.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
