Quantity Surveyor Warrington Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary | Commercial and High-Rise Residential Projects A specialist contractor delivering large-scale façade and cladding remediation projects is looking for a hands-on Quantity Surveyor to join their North West team. This role is commercial in nature — you’ll manage your own packages, oversee costs, valuations, and variations, and ensure projects run profitably. While prior façade experience is beneficial, the main requirement is a proactive, commercially minded attitude. You’ll also have guidance and support from the Commercial Director and senior leadership whenever needed.
