Role Overview The Chief of Staff will works closely with the COO and leadership to enhance organisational performance, facilitate communication, and lead cross-functional projects. The role involves strategic thinking, hands-on delivery, and acting as a central connector within the company’s varied operations, including property management, coworking, community projects, and sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities The position entails translating strategy into actionable plans, managing projects across areas like ESG, marketing, and digital, and improving systems and workflows. You will support leadership team with information flow, prioritisation, and external partnerships, while fostering strong relationships across multiple locations and supporting HR activities.
Candidate Profile Ideal candidates are proactive, confident, relationship-driven, and comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments. They should possess experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or management, with a background supporting senior leaders. Familiarity with real estate, hospitality, or diverse operational settings is advantageous. Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to build trust are essential.
