Your Role –
10. Advanced Clinical Practitioner / ANP / Paramedic Practitioner (2 vacancies)
11. • 8 clinical sessions per week (flexible days)
12. • Focus on acute & urgent appointments, long-term conditions, and frailty
13. • Care home reviews desirable
14. • 15-minute appointments (telephone & face-to-face)
15. • Dedicated admin time built into the day
16. • Home visits shared with the wider Paramedic team
17. • Own consulting room (AM & PM)
18. • Supported induction with shadowing and gradual clinic build-up
19. • Independent Prescriber preferred (or working towards)
20. • Open to candidates from outside primary care with strong GP-style presentation skills
