Senior Pension Administrator - UK Pension Consultancy
A leading UK Pension Consultancy is looking for a Senior Pension Administrator to join their Scheme Administration team.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role with strong DB Pension Knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately maintain and update member records.
2. Process member events including Retirements, Deaths, Early leavers, Transfers In, Transfers Out, and Illustrative quotations.
3. Serve as a reference on technical issues and non-standard cases.
4. Escalate complex queries to the Team Leader and technical support team.
5. Prepare and verify manual and computer-generated benefit calculations and correspondence.
6. Maintain the pension administration database and support scheme events and projects.
7. Peer review and check member and scheme events processed by less experienced administrators.
8. Attend trustee or client meetings.
9. Participate in internal and external meetings to provide guidance on scheme administration issues.
10. Stay updated on technical and scheme changes.
