This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in residential conveyancing to join a friendly and professional team in a fully on-site capacity.
The Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with Conveyancing Executives, supporting a busy caseload of sale and purchase transactions. You will play a vital role in ensuring files are progressed efficiently from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the full lifecycle of conveyancing files, specifically sale and purchase matters
* Issue contract packs in line with legal procedures
* Support with the exchange and completion process
* Prepare and manage documentation related to completions
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties professionally and promptly
* Maintain accurate records and ensure case management systems are updated
What We’re Looking For:
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
* Confidence in issuing contract packs and managing pre- and post-completion tasks
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
* A proactive and reliable team player who thrives in a busy, office-based role
