Our client is one of the fast growing manufacturer of quality nutritional and sports supplements. They are one of the top most provider of a wide range of supplements that fit everybody’s requirements, from elite athletes to health enthusiasts.
We’re looking for a high-impact retail professional to build and scale our client's offline presence across the UK market. The role is of Business Development Manager – Retail based in the UK. (will work from Home Office initially)
Key responsibilities of the role are :
* Secure listings with leading retailers such as Boots, Holland & Barrett, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Sports Retail chains
* Drive end-to-end account management and Joint Business Planning (JBP)
* Build and execute trade marketing and promotional strategies
* Accelerate sell-through and in-store performance
* Own pricing strategy, margins and commercial negotiations
What the client is looking for:
* 4–7 years in Retail / FMCG / Nutraceutical / Consumer Brands
* Strong experience with UK retail accounts and buyer engagement
* Proven track record in driving retail growth and distribution
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Professionals authorized to work in the UK.
