IHandi – a leading phone & computer repair company with 3 Borehamwood stores – is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Repair Technician to join our team.
What You'll Do:
* Repair phones, laptops, tablets & consoles to high-quality standards
* Handle water damage repairs, soldering & micro-soldering (IC replacements, board repairs, etc.)
* Replace screens, batteries & components with precision
* Serve customers face-to-face with fluent, professional English
* Explain repairs clearly & deliver excellent customer service
* Work as part of a supportive team
What We're Looking For:
* 3+ years' experience in device repair (phones, laptops, consoles)
* Strong soldering & micro-soldering skills (essential)
* Confident English communication & customer service skills
* Reliable, detail-oriented & a true team player
* Previous repair shop/retail experience preferred
