A great opportunity has arisen for a People Partner to join a growing HR team based in the Trafford area, initially on a temporary basis. This is a true generalist position where you will support with the following:
* Building relationships with stakeholders across the business, coaching on all areas of HR policy and process advice
* Leading on ER cases and coaching Managers in relation to day to day people management
* Supporting the Managers with a variety of HR change projects such as restructuring and TUPE
* Reviewing of company HR policies, updating as necessary
* Producing HR reports with analysis and recommendation
* Partnering with Managers on recruitment and selection
The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced HR generalist that is able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills along with an excellent knowledge of employment law. My client is also looking for a candidate that takes pride in their work and demonstrates enthusiasm in everything they do.
