Job Description
3. Providing accounting support to the accounting and finance department
4. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
5. Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes
6. Supporting the finance department in monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
7. Reconciling account balances
8. Reviewing and implementing financial policies
9. Creating ad-hoc reports for various business needs
10. Preparing documents for audit
The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
11. AAT Level 4 - essential
12. Experience in an accounting or finance role
13. Proficient with database and accounting software
14. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
15. A deep understanding of financial regulations and accounting processes
16. Excellent problem-solving skills
