CRM Marketing and Automation Manager – Warwick – Hybrid working

Responsibilities
* Lead planning, execution and optimisation of CRM campaigns across multiple business units.
* Build and manage customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance engagement and retention.
* Develop segmented, data‑driven communications and automated triggers based on customer behaviour.
* Own the customer lifecycle strategy, from acquisition through to loyalty and advocacy.
Qualifications
* Proven experience developing CRM campaigns and collaborating across teams to align with broader business goals.
* Confidence in building trigger‑based and lifecycle journeys (e.g. onboarding, retention, lapsing) to drive customer engagement.
* A blend of creativity and attention to detail, with a strong appreciation for data to inform continuous improvement.
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills, a collaborative, proactive mindset and passion for fast‑paced environments.
