Job overview

As a Clinical Systems Trainer, you will be a highly motivated individual supporting high-quality training and training media. You will have the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels. Experience in the production of e-learning would be an advantage.

We are looking for a highly motivated trainer capable of conducting training to a very high standard and managing attendees to ensure they learn at the best pace. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal communication skills, as training is conducted both face-to-face and virtually online. They must also have a competent level of experience with Microsoft products and digital systems, such as MS Teams.

This is a one-year fixed-term contract based at St Bernard's Ealing Broadway and other locations within Ealing, Hounslow, and Hammersmith & Fulham. The primary focus is on supporting MINT services, but additional duties may involve supporting other services as needed. Occasional travel to Broadmoor may be required.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be comfortable working on their own initiative but also be a good team player. You will have strong planning and organizational skills, ensuring training meets the needs of the departments and organization. As part of the clinical systems training team, you will create relevant in-house training programs and resources for staff, select the most appropriate training methods and activities, perform needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement, and provide vital information about training sessions and available training. You will liaise with management and service to create training plans and bespoke training as required through the Learning Needs Assessment.

8. Demonstrable experience in the use of Microsoft office applications
9. Be proactive always looking ahead at future activities, projects and events and anticipating needs, problems and possible outcomes.
