The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who may have a range of Special Educational Needs, including social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), ADHD, ASD, and learning difficulties. You will support learners both 1:1 and in small groups, helping them to access the curriculum, regulate emotions, and build confidence in a nurturing and structured environment.
