Albion & East Limited is offering a Head of Sales and Events role in London. The company operates upscale urban bars with wood-fired artisan pizza, in-house bakeries, cocktail bars and banquet halls, and provides weekend brunch, gin distilling, and masterclasses.
Responsibilities
* Supervising of 2 events managers.
* Experience of DMN booking platform.
* Management of deposits, contracts and third parties invoices.
* Managing of Webex telephone system, ensuring phones are answered at working times 9AM - 7PM.
* Pre-sales of food and drinks packages and pre orders.
* Manage weekly confirmation calls and emails.
* Ensure excellent communication for both pre and post events for our guests.
* Deliver all marketing materials required by the company, from point-of-sale through to online newsletters to our database.
* Development and production of in-house marketing materials (leaflets, posters, postcards, billfolds and menus).
* Assist with social media marketing campaigns.
* Take ownership of events from initial enquiry right through to delivery, including attendance at the event.
Requirements
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Full management of Collins and Design My Night platform.
* Previous experience in hospitality sales role preferred.
* Some experience working with Canva.
* Some experience in managing social media accounts.
