Our client is a global sports marketing agency that harnesses the emotional power of sports to create innovative partnerships. They are looking for an enthusiastic events assistant manager to support production and branding services for football events across the UK.
Responsibilities
* Production & Event Delivery: Assist in coordinating delivery, installation, and removal of branding for live events; support matchday operations and act as key on‑site contact; ensure high standards in laying graphics and signage; collaborate with clients to develop signage ideas and solutions.
* Planning, Scheduling & Reporting: Manage staffing and day‑to‑day operational planning; coordinate resources across multiple events, including high‑profile competitions; report on site activity and assist with budget alignments.
* Warehouse & Asset Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations and asset tracking; prepare equipment for delivery and installation; support logistics and movement of equipment.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety standards; promote safe working practices at all times.
Qualifications
* Experience in production or operations, ideally within the sports or events sector.
* A hands‑on approach with confidence in event delivery and installations.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proactive attitude, ready to tackle challenges head‑on.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays as needed.
