We are a well-established and growing main contractor looking for a project Manager delivering high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across London. Our portfolio includes CAT A and CAT B office fit-outs, corporate headquarters, mixed-use commercial spaces, and high-end workplace environments, with project values ranging from £5m to £20m.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex commercial fit-out schemes from pre-construction through to completion.
The Rol
eAs Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, commercial performance, and delivery of major commercial fit-out projects. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
.The successful candidate will also play a key role during pre-construction and tender stages, contributing to bid strategy, programme development, risk assessment, value engineering, and client presentations

* s.Drive programme certainty and successful project outcome
* s.Support tender submissions, including methodology development, logistics planning, programme preparation, and value engineering proposal
* s.Participate in bid interviews and client presentation
* s.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholder
