A well-regarded, full-service law firm with a long-standing presence in Northamptonshire is looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join its busy residential property team based in Northampton.
With a reputation for delivering practical, client-focused legal services across property, litigation, family, employment, private client, and IP law, the firm offers a professional yet approachable working environment. The successful candidate will support experienced conveyancers on a wide range of residential property matters.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting fee earners with the day-to-day progression of residential transactions Preparing contract packs and processing completions Carrying out AML and compliance checks Liaising with clients and third parties Managing documentation via a case management system
What we need from you:
Experience working in a Residential Property team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail
