The Role Accuracy & Presentation: Seal and box meals to ensure all products meet legal weight requirements and high presentation standards. Quality Control: Verify freezing processes, operate x-ray and metal detection equipment, and confirm all packaging and labelling match specifications. Documentation: Complete all paperwork accurately, including legal obligations. Team Contribution: Collaborate effectively in a small team to minimise damage and wastage. Good to Have Prior experience in food manufacturing or catering (NVQ Level 2 is a bonus). A background in team leadership is advantageous but not essential.
