Job Title: Power Platform / D365 Solution Architect
Location: UK-wide remote options available
Salary: Up to £90,000 + bonus + package
Work Pattern: Remote-first with optional access to city-centre office hubs
Overview:
We're hiring a Power Platform and D365 Solution Architect to join a rapidly scaling Microsoft Applications team. This role offers a clear runway for both personal progression and strategic impact. You'll be the go-to expert on low-code transformation-helping clients modernise from legacy systems, shape digital strategies, and deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
What You'll Do:
Lead the architecture and delivery of Dynamics 365 (CE) and Power Platform solutions
Own technical outcomes and ensure robust architectural design, integrations, and testing strategies
Engage with clients to understand business challenges and shape technical roadmaps
Guide and mentor delivery teams while fostering best practices across the capability
Participate in pre-sales activity including bid response, solution shaping, and stakeholder presentations
Stay ahead of the curve on Microsoft roadmap updates, particularly Copilot and AI tools
Drive knowledge-sharing across the practice and contribute to capability growth
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in architecting and delivering Power Platform and D365 CE solutions
Track record in leading large-scale digital transformations and enterprise migrations
Strong consultancy skill set with the ability to work across stakeholders and teams
Solid commercial awareness with the ability to support business development efforts
Knowledge of Copilot solutions and how to apply them in enterprise contexts
Eligible for UK Security Clearance
Passion for team development and active engagement with the Microsoft community
