Job Description: We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketer to join our team. This role will involve a wide range of dynamic marketing tasks, including designing marketing materials, producing engaging social media content, executing marketing campaigns, and writing SEO-friendly copy to boost our online presence. A key part of the role will be handling phone calls and enquiries from customers, providing friendly and helpful support to ensure an excellent experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, as well as a willingness to assist the team with a variety of tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and Creative Development: Create eye-catching marketing materials, including digital and print assets, using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Social Media & SEO Content Creation: Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, and write SEO-friendly copy that resonates with our target audience and boosts online visibility.
* Customer Communication: Handle incoming phone calls and enquiries from customers, providing friendly, professional, and helpful support to ensure a positive experience.
* Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
* Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance our marketing strategies.
* Event Marketing: Attend events and help produce marketing materials, communicating directly with external stakeholders.
* Team Support: Assist the team with a variety of tasks as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software.
