We are now looking for a Condition Monitoring Technician to join our team at Caledonian Paper, Irvine, UK.What you will do* Ensure UPM safety standards and environmental policies are adhered to* Use provided tools for data collection and analysis* Assist troubleshooting of plant and process as required* Communicate with production colleagues and maintenance team* Maximise availability and reliability of our production process and CHP plant* Participate in a call out rota* Work core hours from Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 15:00Who you areYou must have served a recognised engineering apprenticeship, be qualified to HNC level and have experience in a manufacturing environment.You should be able to work safely, be self-motivated, have good communication skills, be a team player but also able to work on your own initiative while having the commitment and organisational skills to manage your responsibilities efficiently and effectively.* You have time served with a completed recognized apprenticeship* You have achieved or are working towards CAT 2 Vibration Analysis certification* You are good at analytical problem solving* You are self-motivated and proactive* You are a good communicator* You are computer literateThis is what we offer to you* A meaningful job: We have an inspiring purpose “We renew the everyday for a future beyond fossils”.
