We’re excited to announce that Next Step Independence is expanding its services in North Wiltshire, enabling more children with complex needs to remain close to their families, schools, and local communities. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity for new team members to join our growing support team and here’s why: Shaping a new service As part of the founding team, you’ll help lay the foundation for something truly special. You’ll play a key role in shaping the culture, routines, and best practices of our new homes, directly influencing the quality of care and support we provide. Community based impact Our homes are designed to keep children connected to their local networks such schools, friends, and familiar surroundings – which are incredibly important. This allows staff to build meaningful community ties and support continuity in the lives of the children and young people we support. Therapeutic and nurturing environments You’ll work in settings that are purposefully therapeutic and nurturing. Our homes promote growth, confidence, and enriching experiences, all grounded in holistic, trauma-informed care. Professional growth As part of NSI’s long-term vision, these homes offer ongoing opportunities for training, development, and career progression. Grow with us as we grow our impact. Making a difference By helping children and young people stay within their communities, you’ll be contributing to better emotional, educational, and developmental outcomes, which will make a real and lasting difference in their lives. Together, these elements create a dynamic, fulfilling, and impactful working environment. If you're passionate about making a difference and want to be part of something transformative, we’d love to hear from you.
