Due to the nature of the role you will be self driven, able to deliver high quality and accurate documentation, be friendly and organised to assist team members.
Main key responsibilities to include:
* Preparation of marketing materials to include property particulars and window displays
* Handling and processing of anti money laundering documentation
* Registering candidates and arranging viewings
* Diary Management
* Maintaining database and client files
* Preparing & issuing Sales letters & invoices
* General day to day and adhoc admin duties
As well as strong administration skills with expert handling of Word, Excel and MS outlook, you will have exceptional verbal communication and written skills, be sympathetic to working to deadlines and be comfortable supporting team members
A genuine interest and understatement of the property industry is sought, along with having local knowledge of the area and the community.
A basic salary of up to £28,000 is available, with favourable holiday entitlement, a company pension and life assurance benefits, to name but a few.
