Turner Property Recruitment is seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join a growing team in Warrington. The role
You will work primarily within the industrial sector, managing a varied portfolio of properties. The role is client-facing and professional services focused, offering the opportunity to lead projects, provide technical expertise, and contribute to business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and delivering building surveying projects across industrial assets
* Conducting building surveys, condition assessments and preparing detailed reports
* Diagnosing defects and providing recommendations for remedial works
* Preparing specifications, schedules of works and cost estimates
* Managing client relationships and supporting business development initiatives
* Mentoring and supporting junior team members where appropriate
About you
* MRICS qualified or equivalent Chartered status
* Proven experience in building surveying within the industrial sector
* Experience managing projects and client relationships at a senior level
* Commercially aware with a proactive approach to winning work
* Strong technical knowledge and excellent report writing skills
* Capable of leading a team and developing junior staff
