Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our established client, to recruit for an Office Administrator, to join their team in Enniskillen. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business on a permanent basis, offering full-time Monday-Friday hours and a fantastic work culture. The Office Administrator will provide a main point of contact for customers, responding efficiently to queries, delivering updates on orders and providing key product information. You will be responsible for upholding effective lines of communication with internal/external stakeholders, processing orders, providing delivery updates, managing delivery schedules on field representatives, and upkeep of the internal system. The Right Person for this role will be an excellent communicator and have exceptional attention to detail. They should have the ability to work well in fast-paced environments. The right candidate will have strong IT and systems experience and be passionate about providing excellent customer service. This is an ideal role for someone coming from a customer service or sales support background, that would want the opportunity to progress and develop with a company. The Package for this role includes a competitive salary, dependant on experience, with 8AM - 5PM working hours. Full benefits can be discussed upon conversation with Honeycomb.
