Role
Sales Co-ordinator - Internal
We are currently looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join our Hilsea office, where you will support the Sales Team, supporting projects from quotation to delivery.
Main Responsibilities - Sales Co-ordinator - Internal
* Provide daily administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, processing orders, and managing client communications
* Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and general support
* Prepare and issue quotes, liaising with the account manager
* Track open quotes, and follow up to convert leads into sales
* Check purchase order acknowledgments to ensure orders will be fulfilled to our requirements, highlighting any discrepancies
* Ensure price information is maintained accurately
* Liaise with the production team to ensure product availability and lead times
* Communicate updates and delays to customers and offer an alternative solution when required
Skills & Experience - Sales Co-ordinator - Internal
* High attention to detail and level of accuracy
* Proven organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* The ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
* Confident in communicating with all levels
