What Youll Be Doing
Youll support people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live fulfilling, independent lives. This may include:
Personal care and daily support
Building life skills such as shopping and money management
Encouraging hobbies, friendships, and community activities
Delivering personalised, person-centred support plans
