You will be responsible for assisting the Group Manager with the day to day running of the unit, managing your team and providing excellent customer service throughout. You will also be providing general front of house services, such as preparing orders and overseeing service.
Responsibilities
* Support the Group Manager in the day to day running of the business, managing staff and delegating tasks to ensure the needs of the business are met.
* Operate the till and cash handling/cashing up at the end of shift. Provide upselling opportunities and deliver excellent customer service to customers.
* Food production, heating up and plating up food, making hot and cold drinks and assisting with general kitchen duties.
* Lead shifts and supervise the team in the hospitality area, ensuring all staff training is up to date.
* Assist with stock management and stocktaking, and complete relevant back office paperwork.
Qualifications
* Experience in a hospitality environment.
* Team leadership experience.
Work Hours
* 25 hours per week Monday to Sunday.
* Shifts between 7 am and 6:30 pm.
* Weekdays and weekend work.
