Joining our well-established and dynamic team as a Public Health Co-ordinator in Harm Reduction, you'll be supported to develop your career in Public Health. You'll play a vital role in addressing health inequalities and preventing ill-health in our communities. As part of the wider Public Health team, you'll work in a collaborative and innovative environment that values continuous improvement and impact.
You will support the Public Health strategic lead for harm reduction on the development, commissioning and implementation of key public health areas where the reduction of harm is a priority e.g. suicide, gambling, drugs and alcohol.
You must be able to
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with a range of professionals and organisations to drive change and improve health outcomes
* Work with minimal supervision and apply public health principles to ensure evidence-based approaches with measurable outcomes
* Manage multiple projects effectively, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines under pressure.

* Strong communication, organisational, and partnership-building skills
* Experience of working within or commissioning behaviour change services
* A flexible, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
