Hi, I’m Ava, an Education Recruitment Consultant at Create Education, and I’m currently working with a genuinely special school in East London. They’re looking for a compassionate, committed teacher to join their specialist provision, someone who wants to do more than just deliver lessons, but truly make a difference to pupils who need that extra support.

The Role
Deliver high-quality, differentiated teaching within a specialist provision
Plan and adapt lessons to meet a range of learning, social and emotional needs
Support pupils’ academic progress, wellbeing and personal development
Create a calm, safe and inclusive classroom environment
Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to deliver effective provision
Contribute to individual education plans and EHCP outcomes
Monitor and assess pupil progress to inform next steps
Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
Who We’re Looking For
PGCE and QTS (essential – non-negotiable)
Experience teaching pupils with SEN or within a specialist provision is highly desirable
Primary-trained teachers are very welcome to apply
A patient, resilient and reflective approach to teaching
Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
A genuine passion for inclusive education
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
