We're excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Full-Time Rota Co-ordinator to join our team at PHL. In this key role, you will contribute to the effective delivery and publication of all clinical and non-clinical rotas across the organisation.
You will work closely with clinicians and operational teams, promoting best practices in daily rota management and ensuring seamless service delivery. If you have excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, and a passion for healthcare, we'd love to hear from you.
Hours: Mon - Fri made up of 8am–4pm (4 days per week), 9am–5pm (1 day per week)
About the Role
As a Rota Co-ordinator, your main responsibilities will include:
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with clinicians and operational staff to support rota coverage, especially at short notice.
· Liaising regularly with the Rota Manager and Service Managers to highlight any rota gaps that could affect service delivery.
· Attending meetings with Service Managers to provide updates on rota coverage and staffing progress.
· Conducting weekly check-ins with staff members, both via phone and email, to confirm their availability and ensure shifts are covered.
· Responding promptly to rota or payroll queries, working with the relevant teams to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
· Ensuring all rotas are filled in a compliant manner and within budget.
· Producing regular rota assurance reports to identify and flag any upcoming vacancies.
