This important customer-facing role will assist the Facilities team to coordinate and provide essential admin duties to ensure a first-class service is provided to all business units operating within the Manchester site. The role will require verbal and written communication with Hologic staff, onsite contractors, and visitors. The role will also be involved in the administration and operation of several key systems which are used to maintain key elements of the Facilities service.
This role would suit experienced professionals from the following:
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
* Demonstratable excellent customer service to internal and external customers
* Proficient with Microsoft Office
* Able to effectively approach and prioritize multiple tasks at any given.
What to expect:
Reception Duties:
* Meet and support visitors when they arrive at the office.
* Processing new supplier forms & raising purchase orders
* Manage office supplies inventory and place orders.
* To ensure Hologic has appropriate transportation services for employees and visitors.
* To support the travel team and to help visiting staff and external visitors as appropriate.
* To support the site leadership team with administrative duties as required
Facilities services:
* Support the Facilities engineers with administrative duties as and when required.
