About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time role paying £38,000 - £40,000 plus car allowance and excellent benefits. It is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in sales and client relationship management within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in expanding our client base, fostering new business opportunities, and supporting overall company growth.
What you'll be doing:
* Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities to support business expansion strategies.
* Assist in developing and executing sales plans to meet organisational targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular communication.
* Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and document interactions effectively.
* Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and sales materials tailored to client needs.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to coordinate outreach efforts and promotional activities.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
What we are looking for:
* Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
* Familiarity with CRM software platforms, is highly desirable.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
* Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
* Proactive attitude with a keen interest in business growth strategies.
* This role will require you to be on the road meeting existing and new clients, so a full UK drivers license is required for this role.
