Description:
* Daily on-site Construction Management for multiple projects, monitoring construction contractors for PPE and safety compliance, assisting with issuing safety permits, and handling day-to-day construction questions.
* Escalate concerns and discuss with manager or other stakeholders as required.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule construction activities and communicate outages to affected parties.
* Redline drawings for as-builting and collaborate with CADD group to update drawings, request new drawings, and assemble TOP package documents.
* Ensure construction work proceeds on schedule and is performed in high quality according to drawings and project specifications.
* Collaborate with the Quality group to draft change controls and gain stakeholder approval.
* Assist with scoping upcoming projects and gather pricing information.
* Work with vendors to specify and gather budgetary pricing for new equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
* 5-7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Engineering Projects and Construction Management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Extensive knowledge of Change Controls and GMP manufacturing practices.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
The hiring range for this position is $70.00 to $85.00 per hour. The actual offer will consider internal equity, geographic region, candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
