Overview:

Reporting to Head of Sales, you’re required to work closely with senior management and local sales and installation teams to provide administration and general management support ensuring the smooth operation of the daily tasks e.g. administration, order inputting and customer liaison.

Attention to detail and accuracy is a must along with the ability to communicate clearly, be decisive and manage your own diary and a variety of tasks from senior management.

Key Accountabilities:

1. General administrative tasks.
2. Develop a strong relationship with all DekBoard customers & work closely with them ensuring their needs are dealt with in the appropriate manner.
3. Fully mange customer complaints and warranty process, ensuring the customers is fully informed.
4. Update and manage credits & credit spreadsheet/ log.
5. Ownership and management of all sales/ general enquiries and allocate to appropriate authorised Installer or internal sales member.
6. Updating and control of caravan park database.
7. NPA Process management and administration.
8. Assist Commercial manager with price/ order form updates and circulation updates as appropriate.
9. Maintain filing system.
10. Computer & IT literate using internal systems, various application-based tools and Microsoft office.
11. Action incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence as appropriate.
12. Answer phone calls and redirect appropriately dependant on new customers & existing customers.
13. Manage travel and accommodation arrangements.
14. Manage time sheets and payroll associated activities as appropriate.
15. Own and manage the wider DekBoard holiday calendar/ schedule.
16. Action and manage queries from managers and team members.
17. Support senior management: Managing Director, Head of Sales, Commercial Manager & Operations Managers with associated administration tasks.
18. Assist the Planning & Logistics Supervisor to ensure company / facility policy and procedures compliance.
19. Facilitate customer and company communication and respond to external product feedback.
20. Manage customer expectations (internal & external) providing appropriate customer interaction and communication.
21. Management of general office & workshop supplies.
22. Assist the Planning & Logistics Supervisor with documentation and management of employee training records and PPE.
23. Management of workwear order and issue process to all DekBoard install facility staff.
24. Ownership & manage, Production & Marketing monthly meetings and provide appropriate notes, and follow up actions.
25. Stock management, control and associated tasks relating to Marketing materials eg: brochures, sample boards and general P.O.S.
26. Support Event management activities eg: AI Conference, Exhibitions, etc.
27. Work closely with senior management to provide and manage marketing material updates.
28. Monitor of shared mailboxes and action appropriately.

Role Requirements

29. The ability to work on your own or as part of a team, use own initiative, be trustworthy, conscientious and reliable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
30. Travel and Overnights may be required.
31. Must hold a UK full driving licence
32. Any other reasonable requests/ tasks to support the needs of the business
