Your new role As a Senior Planner, you will provide highly effective and professional planning and programming expertise to support both pre‑contract and project teams. You will take ownership of planning activities, ensuring projects are set up for success from tender through to completion. Key responsibilities include: Instigating and monitoring a balanced suite of performance measurement criteria throughout the full project lifecycle. Ensuring seamless integration between design, procurement and construction elements. Producing integrated tender programmes and method statements, and presenting them at settlement meetings. Leading change management processes, reviewing programme impacts and advising on EOT matters. Producing schedules and analysing time‑related prelim reports and quotations. Undertaking occasional site visits across regions including Preston and Cumbria.
