We manage a diverse portfolio of residential developments across London, Essex, and the Home Counties, delivering a professional, proactive, and personable service to our clients and residents. The Role We are looking for a reliable and organised Assistant Block Manager to support our block management team from our Edgware office. This is an office-based role with regular site visits and is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in block management. You will assist Block Managers with the day-to-day management of residential developments, ensuring blocks are maintained to a high standard and that clients and residents receive an excellent level of service. Key Responsibilities • Providing administrative and operational support to Block Managers • Assisting with the coordination of repairs, maintenance, and contractors • Carrying out site surveys using our internal site survey portal • Attending residential developments across London, Essex, and the Home Counties • Handling emails, calls, and correspondence professionally • Maintaining accurate property and compliance records • Supporting with reporting and general office administration Key Requirements • Must have a Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential) • Willingness to travel for site surveys • Strong organisational and time-management skills • Confident IT skills and ability to use internal systems and portals • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Professional, proactive, and reliable approach • Ability to work well as part of a team and manage multiple tasks • High attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude What We Offer • £25,000 salary • Monday to Friday working hours (9am–5pm) • A supportive and professional office environment • Ongoing training and career development opportunities • Hands-on experience managing a varied portfolio of residential blocks and developments How to Apply If you are interested in this role, please send your CV to: Kayla – Team Leader kayla@benjaminstevens.co.uk
