Multi-Side Store Manager - Sussex (Full-time)

The role
Store managers are ambassadors of the brand and responsible for the store’s overall commercial success. You will manage assistant managers and a team of supervisors and sales assistants, supporting them in creating special memories for our customers.
What To Expect From The Role
* Support and motivate in-store teams on a day-to-day basis to achieve the store’s targets by identifying opportunities to meet and exceed KPIs, while delivering exemplary Pandora customer service.
* Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the stores, and ensure back-of-house activities enable successful commercial execution.
* Be trained in our hand-crafted luxury product to become a Pandora product expert. With regional support, nurture and develop your team to unlock potential and support succession.
The Successful Candidate
Our store managers are ambassadors of the Pandora brand. The ideal candidate will be a capable leader and a passionate team player who can support their team to provide an unforgettable Pandora in-store experience.
Prior experience with a leading brand or desirable consumer product retailing is preferred. Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store
* A passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service
* An understanding of Pandora’s local and global business strategy, and the ability to translate this into store, regional and division KPIs
* Experience in using data to identify trends, issues and root causes, and the ability to take action to deliver when opportunities are identified
* Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high-performing team
* Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs
* A positive, can-do attitude with enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values
* A well-presented appearance with a taste for desirable products and a passion for retail
