We are seeking an organised, proactive and supportive Regional Operations Manager to oversee the delivery and quality of our 11+ tuition programme across multiple centres. This role plays a key part in ensuring that teaching staff, centre managers and classroom assistants deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for students and parents.
The successful candidate will provide training and operational support to staff, monitor centre performance, manage staff cover, ensure policies and procedures are followed, and act as a key link between the centres and the Head Office team.
This is a varied role combining people management, operational oversight, training, teaching small groups and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Staff Training & Development
* Support recruitment and deliver induction training for new tutors, centre managers and classroom assistants.
* Provide ongoing coaching and support to teaching staff to maintain high teaching standards.
* Ensure staff understand and follow company policies, procedures and safeguarding requirements.
* Identify development needs and provide additional training where required.
Centre Operations & Quality Assurance
* Regularly visit tuition centres across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Outer London andSurrey.
* Ensure centres are being run effectively, professionally and consistently.
* Observe sessions and ensure tutors are for filling their role effectively.
* Monitor classroom structure, student engagement and overall delivery standards.
* Provide feedback and guidance to improve centre performance.
Parent Communication & Head Office Support
* Work from the Head Office on designated days supporting operational activities.
* Respond to and manage parental emails and queries in a professional and timely manner.
* Work closely with the resource administrator to ensure centres have the correct materials.
* Collaborate with the office manager and administration team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
* Provide regular updates to the Directors on the performance and progress of centres to help support recruitment, retention and communication strategies.
* Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements.
* Ensure consistency and quality across all centres.
Person Specification
* Strong leadership and people management skills.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple centres and priorities simultaneously.

Working Requirements
