Maintenance Supervisor Location: Norwich Salary: £36,000 - £46,000 per annum (based on experience and qualifications) Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day maintenance of commercial buildings Supervise a team of skilled technicians and coordinate specialist contractors. Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs. Ensure compliance with statutory frameworks (e.g. L8 water hygiene, fire safety). Manage systems including HVAC and mechanical/electrical plant Passive fire protection (e.g. fire doors, compartmentation) Building fabric and infrastructure Support emergency response, system shutdowns, and asset lifecycle planning.Skills and experience required: Supervisory experience in complex facilities (e.g. research, NHS, high-containment). Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, fire safety, and fabric maintenance. Proficient in CAFM systems and compliance frameworks. Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
