6. Ensure all design changes, variations, and drawing updates are properly recorded and tracked for full traceability
7. Review and analyse technical drawings to ensure alignment with design, safety, and budget requirements
8. Monitor subcontractor performance and address issues proactively, including implementing corrective actions where required
9. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and project delivery
10. Support the planning and management of project schedules and budgets to meet delivery targets
11. Install, configure, test, and support the commissioning of Fire, Life Safety, and Security systems
12. Troubleshoot systems and carry out cable testing to ensure readiness for commissioning
13. Demonstrate a strong understanding of system integration and interconnectivity across multiple platforms
14. Provide training and support to end users on completed systems
15. Mentor and support junior or less experienced team members on-site
16. Collaborate with engineering and project teams to provide technical input, design reviews, and support project scoping
17. Contribute to product development initiatives, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement strategies
18. Ensure all work is delivered in line with company standards and client expectations
19. Assist in project handover to service/maintenance teams upon completion
20. Report regularly to the Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer on progress, risks, and performance
21. Actively engage in ongoing training and development aligned with the company training matrix
