You must be eligible for CTC Clearance. To be eligible for CTC clearance you need to have lived in the UK for the last 3 years.
Role Summary
As a Senior Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant, you will lead the design, build, and delivery of integration solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM & EPM environments, ensuring seamless and secure connectivity between Oracle SaaS and third-party systems.
You will play a key role in defining and implementing scalable integration architectures using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SaaS APIs (REST/SOAP), and related OCI PaaS services, while also contributing to associated data migration and reporting activities.
This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data models, and experience in orchestrating complex, secure, and high-performing integrations within enterprise-scale programmes.
You will work closely with solution architects, functional consultants, and client stakeholders, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to continuous improvement and best practice frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Integration
You will:
* Lead the end-to-end design and development of integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM/EPM) and external applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
* Build Application Integrations, Orchestration flows, File-based and Scheduled Integrations across on-premises and cloud systems.
* Develop and manage REST/SOAP-based integrations leveraging Oracle SaaS APIs, web services, and adapters (FTP, Database, REST, ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, etc.).
* Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms, ensuring operational visibility through OIC and OCI console dashboards.
* Design secure connectivity using OCI Vault, certificates, and OAuth2 authentication standards.
* Optimise integration performance through efficient payload handling, streaming, and parallel processing.
* Collaborate with data migration teams to align integration design with data readiness, sequencing, and transformation requirements.
* Prepare technical specifications, mapping documents, and deployment artefacts following agreed governance and quality standards.
PaaS & Automation
You will:
* Leverage complementary OCI services such as API Gateway, Object Storage, Functions, and Autonomous Database (ATP/ADW) to extend integration capabilities.
* Support DevOps automation using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) or Git-based CI/CD pipelines for OIC deployment and configuration management.
* Identify opportunities for reusability, standardisation, and automation within the integration landscape.
Data & Reporting
You will:
* Work with BI and reporting teams to design integration-enabled extracts and data pipelines using BIP, BICC, and FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence).
* Ensure alignment of integration data models with reporting, validation, and audit requirements.
Governance & Quality
You will:
* Ensure all integration solutions adhere to agreed design standards, security principles, and change-control governance.
* Conduct peer reviews and technical assurance checks across all integration artefacts.
* Support SIT, UAT, and Performance Testing phases, including debugging, issue resolution, and environment coordination.
* Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to client and support teams.
* Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability-building across the wider Oracle Cloud technical community.

You will have:
* Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud or integration-focused technical delivery, with an in-depth background Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
* Strong hands-on expertise with OIC integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, XSLT/XPath, and file-based data flows.
* Experience integrating Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM with third-party or on-prem systems (e.g. SAP, Workday, Azure, ServiceNow).
* Proficiency in OIC connectivity agents, certificate management, OAuth2, and security token configurations.
* Sound understanding of Oracle SaaS data models, and experience working with FBDI, HDL, and BICC interfaces.
* Familiarity with OCI PaaS components such as Object Storage, Functions, and API Gateway.
* Experience with CI/CD tools (VBS, Jenkins, or Git) for integration code promotion and version control.
* Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
* Ability to operate within structured, multi-wave public-sector transformation programmes governed by robust assurance and audit controls.
