About the Role
At Exalto Consulting, we re partnering with a software company to help them source an experienced Training & Documentation Lead to join them for a 3-month contract.
The Training & Documentation Lead will play a central role in designing and delivering practical, relevant learning experiences that enable teams to confidently use the ERP solution in their day-to-day roles. Your focus will be on helping people understand not just how the system works, but how it supports better decisions, stronger compliance and smoother operations.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who combines technical understanding with empathy and communication skill.
You will bring:
* Strong instructional design and facilitation experience
* Experience designing and delivering role-based ERP training across multiple functions
* Translating complex workflows into practical, day-to-day guidance
* Training users with varying levels of digital confidence
* Ideally familiar with food and beverage industry standards including compliance, traceability, inventory and production planning
* Experience with learning tools such as LMS platforms, webinars and simulations
* Analytical thinking to evaluate effectiveness and tailor learning approaches
* Knowledge of ERP modules, configuration and workflows (ideal)
