Responsibilities
* Financial planning support to the corporate service senior management teams and partnerships.
* Advice, direction and support to senior managers and management teams within corporate services on financial matters.
* Reporting on financial performance, advising on progress against plans, identifying the reasons for variations and recommending remedial action.
* Financial input and general support to the development of business cases, investment appraisal decisions and accurate tracking of multi‑project delivery costs and benefits (including attendance at project team meetings as appropriate).
* Competent management of financial information, reporting, budgetary control processes and governance arrangements.
Qualifications and Skills
* Professionally qualified in accountancy or a related field.
* Excellent IT skills and strong communication abilities.
* Initiative‑driven with proven ability to deliver on strict timelines while dealing diplomatically with staff at all levels.
* Experience working with finance, clinical and non‑clinical staff across multiple service areas.
