Investigating cracks, distortion, and movement

They now require a structural engineer with extensive experience of report writing to assist in the development of the company to the next stage. The role would suit an engineer with an interest in all residential building types including historic, timber framed, non-traditional and modern-day construction with commercial and industrial buildings added to the mix.

The Role
Conduct site surveys and the preparation of written engineering reports.
Reports to include pre-sale, insurance related, feasibility studies and due diligence.
Active assistance in developing the business with new work streams and recruitment.
Some design work.
Flexible working hours and working from home.

Requirements
Extensive report writing experience and an interest in forensic surveying.
Ability to operate independently and contribute to the business.
Ideally Chartered MIStructE or MICE.
Car owner and UK driving licence.
