About The Role: Shift Pattern: Monday & Wednesday - 07:00-16:00 and Friday - 07:00-13:00 To provide administrative support to the hard services facilities maintenance function, ensuring planned and reactive works are scheduled, tracked, and completed efficiently, while maintaining clear communication with managers, clients, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and book subcontractors in line with the planned maintenance (PPM) works calendar Coordinate and log reactive maintenance tasks as they arise Update and manage maintenance tasks within the CAFM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness Monitor job progress and follow up on outstanding works Review completed works and sign off jobs once all requirements have been met Liaise with facilities managers and clients to provide updates on ongoing works and any issues or delays Ensure all documentation, certifications, and records are received and filed appropriately Support compliance with health and safety and contractual requirements Skills & Attributes: Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience working within facilities management or hard services (desirable) Confident using CAFM systems and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment How to Apply: If you are interested in joining a business that encourages professional development, career progression and the chance to work with inspirational people then please click apply and register your interest!
