As a brand ambassador, you'll recommend our latest fashion items and ensure customers feel valued through remarkable service. Your role involves being digitally confident, utilizing tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the shopping experience.
Efficiency, effectiveness, and teamwork are vital. You'll support creating an inclusive store environment, adapt to changing demands, and support your colleagues and community.
**Work Pattern:**
Sunday: 11:00-15:00
Tuesday: 08:00-12:00
Friday: 08:00-12:00
**Purpose:**
To deliver a great shopping experience by putting customers first and promoting our products, acting as the voice of the customer to help us improve.
